Abstract

Dissertation is devoted to development of theoretical and methodological bases of the study of the local labor market in the strategic imperatives of development and on this basis – the scientific concept of integrated strategic points of local labor market balance.

In dissertation analysed the theoretical and methodological bases of level structure research of the labor market; defined methodological bases of the system-evolutionary analysis of the local labor market; investigated the complex of structural changes in the local labor market at the present stage; marked market-institutional imperatives of local labor market balance; the concept of a strategic to balance local labor market was created.
