The dissertation is a complex study of the legal regime of joint intellectual property rights in the business sector.
In Section 1 «General Theoretical Principles of the Legal Regime of Joint Intellectual Property Rights in the Business Sector», the author presents arguments, based on the analysis of the provisions of the Civil Code of Ukraine and special laws, for the fact that there is currently no unified approach to the understanding of the exclusiveness of intellectual property rights; that there is inconsistency in the use of the respective term in legislative acts, which is indicative of the incompleteness of research of the nature of intellectual property rights, the absence of understanding of the essence of exclusiveness and inconsistency in the introduction of the respective term into regulations, which deepens the problem of understanding their essence.
In Section 2 «Content of the Legal Regime of Joint Intellectual Property Rights in the Business Sector» the author explores the content and features of the exercise of joint property rights of intellectual property, the subject composition of persons acquiring joint property rights, and the features of certain methods of their protection.
