The strategy of managing the enterprises` intellectual potential in the conditions of the post-war state

The dissertation is devoted to the substantiation and development of theoretical and methodological foundations, scientific and applied principles, and practical recommendations for forming a strategy for managing the intellectual potential of enterprises under post-war conditions.
The first chapter systematizes and generalizes theoretical approaches to the study of the intellectual potential of enterprises, which made it possible to reveal the evolution of scientific understanding of its essence from the industrial to the information economy and to establish the growing role of intangible resources in ensuring enterprise competitiveness.
The second chapter analyzes the socio-economic conditions of enterprise functioning in Ukraine under post-war transformation, characterized by profound labor market changes, increased staff turnover, development of remote and hybrid employment forms, and growing influence of digital technologies.
The third chapter improves the conceptual foundations for forming a strategy for managing the intellectual potential of enterprises, based on the integration of principles of systemness, continuous development, intellectual resilience, digitalization, adaptability, and cultural-behavioral alignment.
