Compensations for loss in economic sphere.

Abstract

This dissertation focuses on damages (losses) in economic activity. In this research presented refined definitions of "damages" and "loss compensation" due to the economic activities; clarified the scope of use of the concepts of "damage(loss) recovery" and "damages (losses) recovery collection" in the field of economic management; improved principles of loss compensation; summarized the legal basis for compensation in Economic and it justifies main directions of improvement of current legislation in this area; specifies a list of additional costs as a part of losses; modified the regulation about basis for damages (losses) recovery; specified conditions for damages (losses) recovery in economic activity; specified procedure for voluntarily damages (losses) compensation. Improved regulations for determining the amount of damages (losses) to be compensated as well as regulations for filing a claim for damages (losses) to the commercial court and resolving such dispute in court.
