Economic and legal status of public organizations.

Abstract

Directions of development of legislation about public organizations as subjects of the economic rights are identified and their necessity is justified in this paper. Concept and types of public organizations as the subjects of economic activity are investigated. Economic and legal status of public organizations in foreign countries is analyzed and the basic tendencies of legal regulation of corresponding relations are revealed.The legal regime of the property of public organizations, order of management, economic rights, duties and responsibilities, particularly of the origin and termination, other features of the economic and legal status of public organizations investigated. The proposals are designed to improve the economic and legal status of public organizations and the relevant domestic legislation.
