Economic and legal status of a subject of medical practice.

Abstract

This thesis investigates the economic and legal status of medical practice. The paper presents the definition of the subject of medical practice, specified health institution, completed the classification of these entities, organized into periods of regulatory framework based on values for creation economic and legal status, grounded position for acquisition and termination of a status of a subject of medical practice. Formulated the definition of organizational and managerial rights and obligations, investigated their property base, rights and obligations, economic and legal responsibility.
