Abstract

Dissertation is devoted to development of theoretical and methodological foundations of the study of the international labor market and the development of scientific and practical recommendations to regulate the international labor market in the context of globalization.

The theoretical foundations of the study of globalization as a certain stage of development of the world economy, the methodological bases of formation and development of the international labor market, the influence of globalization on the transformation of the institutional framework for regulation of the international labor market was investigated.

The dynamics and trends of the international labor market development in the context of globalization was analyzed; transformational shifts in the international labor market in the context of globalization of the world economy investigated; the influence of globalization on the transformation of the labor market in Ukraine was identified.

The conceptual foundations of international regulation of the labor market on the global stage of the world economy transformation was created; system-dynamic modeling of the development of the international labor market in conditions of global transformational shifts implemented; the directions of regulation of national labor markets to the global stage transformatsіy and benchmarks for Ukraine was identified.
