The Formation and Using of Human Capital in the Innovation Economy.

Abstract

The dissertation is devoted to development of theoretical and methodological foundations of the study of human capital and to the development of scientific and practical recommendations for the development and using of human capital in the innovation economy.

Systematized methodological basis of research of the human capital role in economic growth; the theoretical basis for determining factors in the formation of human capital was investigated; methodological approaches to the evaluation of human capital in the context of innovation was identified.

The peculiarities of formation and using of human capital in the conditions of transformation of the Ukrainian economy was identified; given a comprehensive assessment of the use of indicators of human capital in the context of the innovative development of the national economy; carried out simulations of the human capital component of influence on the innovative development of the country's economy.

Define strategic bases of formation and use of human capital with the aim of becoming an innovative economy Ukraine; developed scientific-methodical monitoring tool indicative assessment of the quality of formation and using of human capital on the basis of decent work in the context of the formation of an innovative economy in Ukraine; the directions on the basis of decent work in the use of human capital in the context of formation of an innovative economy in Ukraine was offered.
