Abstract

The dissertation is devoted to the improvement of scientific and methodological principles and development of practical recommendations for labour market regulation in the conditions of employment structure transformation. In the dissertation, theoretical principles for regulation of the labour market are summarized and the theoretical and methodological approach to its analysis on the basis of grouping of factors of influence, the identification of methods, goals and tools for regulating the labour market is improved. The features of transformational shifts in the modern employment structure are systematized. The general tendencies and regional peculiarities of labour market regulation in Ukraine are determined, as well as the state of transformational changes in the structure of employment. The needs of young people connected with the sphere of professional self-determination and the level of their readiness for active changes have been identified, and a methodology for statistical and sociological surveys of their definition has been developed. A mechanism for regulating the labour market in Ukraine under the conditions of transformation of the employment structure has been developed. A model for the development of social entrepreneurship as a promising direction of state regulation of the labor market is proposed. Proposals for the institutional provision of systemic medium-term forecasting of the needs of the economy and the social sphere in qualified personnel have been substantiated. The system of information support for forecasting labour market needs at the regional level has been improved. The scientific and methodological support of the formation of a strategy for the effective functioning of the labor market is proposed.
